Hello, I’m ginette pohlmeier.

And I’m so happy you’re here! I’m a 51 year old, menopausal woman who’s had her share of intense physical, mental, and emotional health issues, all of which I’ve overcome using food-as-medicine, targeted supplementation, body movement, yoga, positive mindset, prayer, and meditation.

A part of my journey over the last few years included getting to know my Self. I mean really getting to know who I am. What I truly want and need. Some might call it a “mid-life crisis”, I call it an awakening. Maybe you can relate. The truth is, digging deep can be uncomfortable. But the rewards are profound. Truly life-changing.

I take a gentle approach to creating change. Unless you have a serious health issue, I say… take things slow, one step at a time. Challenging is good, stressful is not. The self-paced courses are designed to be informative, easy to understand and “digest”, inspiring, and even fun. Life can be challenging, but it’s way less challenging when our hormones are balanced, our moods are stable, and we have plenty of high-quality energy to keep up with our everyday responsibilities. A radiant, full life is possible… for life.
